:) I almost always assist in getting baggages off the carousel. Last time, it was for this frail, older lady, and I LAUGHED (inside, of course) at her thinking she would get it by herself. I guess I shouldn't be dismissive, but it was easily twice her size.

I think all baggage carousels should have those lines, and hovering should be prohibited! (I know it couldn't be enforced, but even signs would be nice.)

I've seen luggage carts that require you to push down on the handle to allow the wheels to move, but I don't remember where. What I do remember is seeing quite a few people try push their carts without pushing down on the handles.
